THE TFLAB METHOD
We have a quantitative, numerical and multidisciplinary approach to problem solving
Often the design work is based almost exclusively on the know-how accumulated over previous years. Now this is no longer sufficient to successfully face new challenges and new problems. We at TF Lab combine our experience (25+ years) with state-of-the-art specialised mathematical tools and software to not only handle completely new problems but also old problems with increasingly extreme qualitative and dimensional specifications.
Our intention has always been to introduce new automatisms
To continue to guarantee consistently higher quality, precision and quicker supply terms.
Extremely short reaction times

We are flexible
We adapt to the specific demands of the customer to provide a better service: to HIM
We try to get all the players involved in the process on the pitch from kick-off
The Customer, foundry, mold maker and any subcontractors are involved immediately in the process, so that each party contributes to the positive result of the operation as a whole.
We maintain a constructive and never self-referential attitude
We listen to all sides, especially workshop operators, who are the ones who have to embrace our solutions and make them work in everyday life

Science, mathematics and passion
After graduating in Mathematics, Physical and Natural Sciences at the Catholic University of Brescia, I started my career in a mechanical engineering design studio, designing plastic injection molds and metal die-casting dies as well as designing and engineering more complex parts and products.
After about two years, I became the technical manager in a new enterprise, specialising in 3D design and industrialisation of products, equipment tools and molds.
It was at this time that I became passionate about the entire product development process, which led me to launch my first individual company specialising in product development, from design and engineering to industrial realisation.
My various collaborations as a consultant and technical designer for small, medium and larger enterprises, led me to specialise in 3D CAD design also in relation to more complex equipment tools, as well as product co-design aspects.
I still continue to provide services to company, providing expert industrial advice, the design and engineering of complex parts, trimming molds, light alloy die-castings and FEM simulations.
