DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES
Swift and (for this reason) cheap
We continuously introduce new automatisms to our design and simulation processes, which allow us to guarantee superior quality standards, design uniformity whilst reducing design and engineering times and, consequently, the costs of our service.
We are pro listening and sharing
We listen to everyone, from managers, to engineers and workshop operators who have to make our solutions work.
We try to get all the players involved in the specific process (customer, foundry operators, mold makers and any subcontractors involved) on the pitch from kick-off, to enable them to all positively and actively contribute to the success of the entire operation.

Up for everything
The design of a part or a mold is sometimes carried out based ONLY or largely on experience.
Experience is a key element but is generally helpful when dealing with known problems or at least similar to those already faced. We face completely new problems, or known problems but with new and increasingly stringent qualitative-dimensional specifications. Our approach consists in using our experience (+25 years) combined with mathematical tools and software to continuously face new challenges and problems.

WE DEAL IN:

Design of HPDC die-casting and thermoplastic injection molds
We carry out 2D-3D design of plastic injection molds, hot and cold chamber die-casting (Aluminium, magnesium, zamak). 100% 3D designs. MultiCAD design and engineering we use the best tool available and suited to each individual problem. Our design approach tends to involve all the actors in the process: customer, foundry operators, mold makers...
We develop a modular design that involves experts for each different aspect of the design phase.

simulations
Our cavity filling simulation activity aims to resolve any problems the Customer may encounter. We do not limit ourselves to simply launching simulation runs of molding data generated by the customer, we actively implement troubleshooting processes to propose different solutions so that the customer can make the
best informed evaluations to obtain a superior product and to minimise equipment validation times.

analysis
We model and modify the part so that it can be molded and, taking into consideration any limits and peculiarities of the production process, we simulate its behaviour in its working environment.
It is an interactive and multidisciplinary process that also requires the acquisition of skills and expertise on a specific part and its operating conditions.

Co-Design of
mechanical parts
mechanical parts
We achieve the best results when we can work on the parts from the very first conceptual ideas, when we still have the possibility to interface freely with designers, engineers and with all the actors who will later be involved in the production of the part. At this point we put in place all the available arsenal comprising our experience, analytical calculations and simulation software to obtain the maximum result within the specified targets.
