We process the geometric co-design, to optimise the geometry of the part and its 'on the road' behaviour, using both the best cutting-edge FEM simulation technologies, along with technological co-design, i.e. the optimisation of the geometry of the part ready for manufacturing using the specifically selected technology.
We simulate the behaviour of the molded parts, checking that the thresholds and characteristics of the
molding process do not affect performance within its context of use.
We support you in highlighting critical sizing or process aspect from the outset, so as to allow precautionary choices to be made upstream before any possible or predicted problems arise.
We analyse the process in a quantitative and not simply a qualitative manner and build alternative feasible
scenarios
of the process to be able to intervene if any issues arise, whilst optimising the equipment
recovery times.
We provide all the documentation required to certify the soundness and accuracy of the process put in
place.
